Innovation in natural dyes

A technical feature article in the latest issue of Inside Denim explores the shifts in attitudes and approaches to naturally dyed denim, coloured through the use of bio- and plant-based chemicals.
The article also considers how heightened interest in natural or plant-based chemicals can be seen elsewhere in the denim industry - not only in dyes - and weighs up the balance between natural and synthetic indigo.
