Diesel pairs up (literally) with Timberland
Dieseloves is an ongoing programme set up by the Italian denim brand’s creative director Glenn Martens with other iconic brands. His goal with this project is not just to propose a standard brand collaboration, but rather to offer a more ‘purposeful’ approach that is both creative and addresses the issue of overproduction.

The six limited edition shirts released in its latest tie-up with VF-owned brand Timberland combine a Diesel denim shirt on the front and a Timberland plaid flannel on the back, or vice versa. The fabrics are drawn from both company’s unsold stock. Lee was part of a similar partnership.

Profits from the sale of these products are donated to the United Nations Refugee Agency (UNHCR). For this edition, the two brands contributed €100.000 to the UN agency, through the OTB Foundation, the philanthropic arm of Diesel owner Only The Brave.
