Denim Deal hub set up in India

The organisation, an evolution of the original Dutch government-led Denim Deal, has set itself an ambitious goal to have 1 billion jeans made from at least 20% post-consumer recycled cotton. Adding India, as a strong manufacturing and consumer market, to its network will no doubt help the Denim Deal make progress towards that target.
