Inclusive workforce the aim as Siddiqsons launches IT Centre for girls
Pakistan-based denim mill Siddiqsons has opened a Girls IT Centre to equip young women with  IT skills and open up career opportunities.

The mill said: “By investing in the education and training of women, we aim to foster gender equality and create a more inclusive workforce.”

Through its charitable arm, the Aziz Rafi Trust, Siddiqsons donates to schools, colleges, and foundations; provides fresh drinking water via boring and hand pumps in villages; offers scholarships for employees’ children; and makes monthly donations to healthcare and societal welfare projects.
