12 ‘Korean’ fits for Buckaroo denim

11/11/2020

South Korea’s Buckaroo denim brand has released a total of 12 jean fits “suitable for the Korean body”.

Buckaroo’s research into the domestic denim market has resulted in a collection intended to better reflect the needs of Koreans, by focusing on details often needed to be altered by South Korean consumers of overseas jeans such as leg length, rise (both usually shortened) and hips width (typically reduced).

With its own jeans, the brand had reduced the leg length by approximately one inch compared to standard international sizing, as well as raised the knee line by up to one inch.

Buckaroo hopes that this, along with its line of 12 different fit styles, will solve the fit issues reportedly experienced by Korean denim consumers.
