Levi’s Kids kicks off take-back programme

Childrenswear denim line Levi’s Kids has invited South Korea-based customers to drop off unwanted jeanswear at local boutiques until February 26, in exchange for a 20% discount coupon applied to any Levi’s brand spring-summer 2023 collection purchase.
Shoppers are only eligible for a single discount, no matter the volume of denims donated.
The label told social media followers keeping up with the promotional campaign that registration for in-store upcycling classes would open “soon”, suggesting it intends to hold onto the unwanted denim for use in sustainability minded retail ‘experience’ events.
Levi's Kids forms part of the Hansae MK portfolio in South Korea, which also operates Converse Kids, Curly Sue, Play Kiz, NBA Kids and Moimoln in the country, as well as domestic denim brand Buckaroo.
