Officina39 sparkles in Asia with metallic finishes, bleaches and dyes

Novapress Bleach is a system that uses a press to obtain geometric shapes and patterns on denim, with the bleaching effects remaining localised.
Novafoamer Ind/J is a permanganate-free foaming agent for bleaching effects, consuming less water and energy than standard practices, and working on all kinds of denim, including stretch, said the company.
Novapret Crack creates coating effects offered in a range of metallic colours. When used in combination with Recycrom (pigments derived from at least 65% recycled textiles), it produces a vintage look and cracked leather effect.
Officina will also highlight its Aqualess Mission, whereby a raw garment enters the machine and a garment with a basic vintage effect comes out ready to be dried, already treated, bleached and softened. Now, by using a combination of Aqualess Activator, Aqualess Aged new 120, Oz-One powder/Smart Bleach, the Biella-based company is able to produce garments with a “vintage bleaching effect in a single step.
In terms of dyeing, Novantic dyes offer a “washed-out look”, similar to pigment dyeing but with deep shades better reproducibility, according to the company. Novakor is the company’s dischargeable dyestuffs range and Nebudye has been designed to produce a vintage dyeing effect in machines using nebulised fog systems.
